Roberta Farsetta is a visual artist whose work is rooted in a deep reverence for the natural world. A native of Rockland County, New York, and now living near the coast in Lewes, Delaware, she draws continual inspiration from the ocean, beaches, and landscapes that have shaped her life.
Every piece of sea glass used in Roberta’s work is personally handpicked along the shores she walks—never purchased, but discovered. This intentional and mindful process infuses her art with a deep sense of place, memory, and connection to the natural world.
Robert’s artistic practice encompasses abstract painting and sea glass design, each piece a quiet exploration of color, texture, and form. Guided by the rhythms of the sea and the subtle beauty of organic materials, Roberta creates works that feel both timeless and intimate—meditations on light, movement, and the quiet stories found in nature.
Whether capturing the softened edges of ocean-worn glass or the emotional depth of an abstract canvas, Roberta’s work reflects a sensitivity to place and an instinct for harmony. Through her art, she invites viewers into a space of reflection—where the wild and the gentle, the fleeting and the eternal, coexist in graceful balance.
